• SAFER: Our equipment and process prevents silica dust and other carcinogenic particles from getting airbone  and ending up in your duct work and inside electrical equipment.  This is a much safer process for those who suffer from asthma, allergies, COPD and for your pets well being. 
• FASTER:  Our experienced service team will complete your tile and flooring demo in half the time and eliminate the time consuming cleanup associated with traditional methods.   We average about 100 square feet per hour of tile removal and thinset grinding.

DUSTLESS COST:
 For about the same cost as a normal demolition and without 99% of the dust, you can have your floors ready for your installer to put down your new floor without the mess.  Price of job is based off of:

1. Square footage of flooring to be removed. (Our Job minimum is $350)
2. Type and size of material being removed.
3. Thickness of underlying thinset or glue.

We provide quick obligation free estimates for your projects and will work with your installers, flooring company, big box retailer, or DoItYourself (DIY).  Our turnkey removal process starts at $2.50 a square foot up to $4.00 a square foot depending on variables stated above.  Stand alone dustless thinset removal and glue scraping/grinding starts at $1.00 a square foot.
